The Hyderabad Water Board (HMWSSB) has launched the Naanyatha mobile app to track corrective actions for water supply and quality issues and improve customer service in line with HMWSSB guidelines. This app was to help users, auditors, and HMWSSB to monitor their water supply and solve water purity issues. A mobile app user can log in with information about the water flow, monitor the time of water supply, and most importantly, assess the purity and quality of the water.
This mobile application aims to establish itself as a trusted source of data to increase service levels across all important and necessary HMWSSB-related sectors/departments.
